Free tutoring service online - Khan Academy

The founder, Sal Khan, who lived in Silicon Valley, started posting lessons online on YouTube to help his niece in New Orleans with her math homework.  Other people saw his YouTube videos and started emailing and thanking him; this included a student with dyslexia,
whose parents said that Khan's YouTube videos helped him to start doing well in math.

Bill Gates became a fan after his own children took advantage of the free lessons, and things took off from there.

We know a lot of parents have difficulty with math and think his lessons could be valuable to them, and their children.
