New Cabrillo Interactive Map

The IT department just completed a project to setup a street map view of our campus known as ‘cmap’ (Cabrillo Map).

The following links show the several different map perspectives:
  • From Cabrillo’s home page, under About à Maps & Parking, look for the link called cmap Beta Interactive Map (right side above the images).  Once the map loads use the ‘View All Interiors’ button.  You should see all the building interiors complete with room numbers. Navigate as you would with Google Maps.
  • To see all the interiors without hitting the View button choose: Auto Interiors.
  • To create and ‘pin’ custom links to a particular location on the map, use the Location generator link.

This project was a collaboration effort between IT, FPPO, the Library, and Santa Rosa College.  Hopefully students, staff, and faculty will find value using these maps.  We are waiting for an updated satellite image to complete the Watsonville campus
